Each order that we design & print is unique - all of our Collection invitations can be customized with fonts, colors, paper, envelopes, etc.  We realize that sometimes couples want something created just for them – a bespoke suite of wedding stationery.  We start with a blank slate and your dreams to come up with the perfect invitations and coordinating items for your wedding.  Custom design requests are limited and based upon availability.  We suggest that you inquire at a minimum of six to eight months prior to your wedding date to ensure availability.  We’re happy to provide rush services, schedule permitting.  Please email us at hello(at)bojackstudios.com to inquire about our availability for rush orders. 

 

Pricing for Bespoke Suites varies depending on a number of factors.  On average, our design fees range from $300.00 to $900.00 depending on the complexity of the design, print method, number of coordinating pieces, etc.  Printing costs are additional and will vary based on method, paper type, quantity, etc. 

 

The bespoke design process takes on average 4-6 weeks (not including printing & shipping time).

THE BESPOKE PROCESS

 

1.  GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Fill out the below form & let us know what you’re drawn to, how you want your custom design to feel, and what inspires you.

2.  QUOTE
Once we have an idea of what you’re looking for in custom design, we’ll put together a quote which will include the design fee & a print estimate.

3.  DEPOSIT
Once you approve the quote, we’ll send you a link to submit a 50% deposit, which is required before we begin your initial proof design.

4.  DESIGN
We’ll get started using your inspiration & our notes to come up with several initial invitation sketches for you to review.  Once we get your feedback, we zero in on the best design elements and work to make them perfect!  Then we work to create the rest of the items in your suite to coordinate perfectly!

5.  PROOF REVIEW & APPROVAL
Once we complete the design work, we send you a final proof.  You review the color, paper, print method, and all text.  Upon your approval, we send you a link to submit your final payment before we go to print!

6.  SHIPPING
As soon as your order is printed, we carefully package it up and ship it out!  Our default shipping method is USPS Priority Flat Rate (with tracking & insurance), but we can also accommodate other carriers (additional fees may apply).

7.  RECEIVE & ENJOY
The best part!  You now have beautiful, bespoke stationery – now go assemble & mail those invitations out, so that you can have an awesome wedding!
