 Terms & Conditions 

At Bojack Studios, our goal is simple - to make beautiful paper that you love. We will do our best to make sure that you're thrilled throughout the process! That said, we do have a few policies in place regarding cancellations, returns, reprints, etc. Please review these terms & conditions prior to placing your order.

COLORS

Bojack Studios does not accept returns due to differences between printed stationery colors & the colors you see on your screen. All monitors and screens display color differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. If you are concerned about color matching, we suggest that you order a sample kit, which contains a printed color chart that will be representative of how all of our ink colors will look on printed items. You may also order a Printed Proof (production times may vary - we cannot provide printed foil proofs).

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, policy depends on where in the process we are:
 

  • POST-PROOF DELIVERY CANCELLATION
    If you decide to cancel your order after your proofs have been sent to you, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of your order total (excluding shipping fees) or $100 (whichever is greater), so as to account for the time spent designing & uploading your proofs.

     

  • POST-PROOF APPROVAL CANCELLATION
    If you decide to cancel or edit your order after you have approved your final proof for production, contact us immediately. Cancellation terms depend on production status: 

    *If your items have not yet gone into production, we are able to make changes or process a refund (less design fees outlined above). 

    *If your items are in partial production, we may be able to halt production and make changes or process a refund on unprinted items. 

    *If your items have completed production, we are unable to change, cancel or refund your order.

    Please see below for reprint information. Foil & Letterpress cancellations are also subject to custom die/plate fees pending production status.

Cancellations & Returns

ERRORS & REPRINTS

Bojack Studios does not accept returns or provide refunds due to errors on approved proofs (i.e. typos) regardless of where the error originated. Once your order has gone to proof, the final approval is ultimately the client's responsibility. We will do our best to keep an eye out for typos or errors, but we cannot guarantee professional proofreading. Once your proof is approved, your order will print exactly as shown on the final proof.

Should you find an error on your items, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to work with you on a discounted reprint for customer approved mistakes.

If somehow your printed items do not match your final approved proof, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a complimentary reprint of affected items.

RETURNS

Custom stationery (including: save the dates, invitations, enclosure cards, envelopes, liners, belly bands, programs, menus, place/escort cards, custom signs/posters, & thank you cards) is not returnable, as the items are printed on a per order basis and cannot be resold.

Stock items (table numbers, standard signs, plain vellum jackets) can be returned, providing that they are new & unused, within 3 business days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us and we will provide you with instructions for return.

Sample kits are not returnable. If your sample kit arrives damaged, please contact us & we will send you a new one.

SHIPPING & MAILING

Bojack Studios is not responsible for damages or losses incurred during the shipping process. However, all packages are insured and should your order be mishandled or lost via shipping carrier, we will work with you to arrange for an expedited reprint and process the insurance claim.

Bojack Studios is not responsible for your invitations once they are sent out through USPS (or any postal carriers). We strongly suggest that you order extra invites to account for lost, damaged or returned items that may occur during mailing. We always recommend that you have your invitations hand-canceled.
