Once you complete the form, we'll get started on your proofs.

Review your proofs & make any requests for edits/adjustments.
(you'll receive 2 rounds of revisions)

Approve your proofs & we'll start production on your order.
(standard production time is 7 business days)
06.
Your order is completed, packaged & shipped with insurance & tracking! (standard ground shipping may be upgraded)
TURNAROUND TIMES
How quickly you receive your items depends on several factors, including how quickly you respond to proofs.
However, here’s a general timeline:

INITIAL PROOF
- 2 business days after your customization info is sent.

REVISIONS
- 1 business day after your revision request is sent (you'll receive 2 rounds of revisions after the initial proof, if needed).

PRODUCTION
- 7 business days from the time of proof approval (does not include transit time).
- 12 business days for Foil, thermography, letterpress and other specialized items (does not include transit time).

SHIPPING
3-4 days (continental US). Orders are sent via FedEx Ground from either our NJ or AL production studios.
Shipping upgrades are available.
For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order.
Our studio is open M-F from 10:00am-6:00pm. Proof approvals received after 5pm will be considered the following day.

If you need your items in a hurry, we have several options for rush orders

FAST PRODUCTION (FLAT PRINTING ONLY) $50.00
- Your order will ship 3 business days after proof approval.

LIGHTNING PRODUCTION (FLAT PRINTING ONLY) $100.00
- Your order will ship 1 business days after proof approval.
-Proof approval must be submitted by 3pm EST

FOIL RUSH
- Your order will ship 7 business days after proof approval.
-Proof approval must be submitted by 5pm EST
Due to the labor intensive nature of specialty prints, Foil printing and other specialized items cannot be processed any quicker. We suggest choosing upgraded shipping to receive foil items in a hurry. For more info about the FOIL PROCESS, click here.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
-We offer 2 day and overnight shipping (including Saturday delivery) for an additional fee, which is calculated based upon your location & order details.
